Anyone aged 0–100 is welcome! Some games will be limited to certain age groups and it will be posted next to each game.

We require that all kids 12 and under are accompanied by an adult. Additionally, we have a limit of 4 kids per adult, to ensure that each child receives adequate supervision and attention throughout the event.

All attendees will require a general admission ticket to enter the event venue. If they would like to participate in the activities, they can purchase a play pass, which grants them access to all of the event's interactive experiences that is suitable for their age group.

The General Admission Ticket includes access to 30+ amazing inflatable displays, the accessible carnival games tent, and local food vendors. The Play Pass includes access to all inflatable games and mechanical rides suitable for the attendee's age group.

Yes. All our attractions have a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs. Height requirements and restrictions will be displayed at each game.

In the event of inclement weather, our organizers will be updating our social media as well as our website. For attendees who purchased tickets, you will receive an email update. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. If there are any changes to the event schedule due to weather, we will notify all attendees through these channels.

The East Coast Inflate-A-Palooza is an outdoor event that takes place during summer. Therefore, on sunny days, we advise all participants to dress appropriately (socks for inflatable games), stay hydrated and apply sunscreen. We have dedicated shaded areas throughout the site.

Our goal is always to deliver the full experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

The parking lot adjacent to the Garrison Grounds is run privately as a pay and display parking lot. Guests can park and pay in the lot, or park on nearby streets.

Children under the age of two will be able to get in free of charge.

Tickets are available both online and at the door.

All sales are final, and we cannot refund tickets unless a refund is due in accordance with our weather & date change policy which is detailed on the site. All purchasers are asked to agree to this policy during checkout.

No. Our daily time slots run from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please ensure you choose the right time slot during the booking process.

Printing your ticket is an option, however, if you prefer to show it on your phone please have it ready before you get to the entrance.
